VB 1P G1 Single Phase EMI Filter

The VB-1P-G1 series single-phase EMC/RFI filters are designed for effective suppression of conducted interference in both AC and DC applications, offering (compact) change to Compaq chassis mounting and flexible terminal options. Available in B medical versions (without earth capacitors) compliant with IEC 60601-1 for medical equipment, and A version with low leakage current for safety-critical applications, these filters ensure low leakage current and high reliability. Technically, they support a maximum operating voltage of 250 VAC/DC (230 VAC nominal), rated currents from 1 to 60 A at 40°C, and an operating frequency range from DC to 400 Hz. They withstand high test voltages up to 2550 VDC and comply with IEC 60664-1 standards (Overvoltage Category II, Pollution Degree 2). With a temperature range of -25°C to +100°C, altitude up to 2000 m, and MTBF up to 3.2 million hours, BL2010 filters deliver compact, thermally stable, and high-performance EMI suppression across diverse industrial applications.
